The mission of Easy Real Estate Help is to help create real estate values for participants in their quest to continue to build wealth in their real estate investing; avoid as much as possible by avoiding negative actions;
Increasing equities in existing properties; be able to better appraise objectively a particular real estate decision; objectively determine the most appropriate real estate action plan; assist in negotiating several courses of action; sell/lease/refinance/exchange-1031 nationwide a particular property; dissolve a partnership or fix it; appeal a tax assessment -ad valorem- or not; help to determine appraised value of whether or not to purchase or sell a specific property; work to decide the most appropriate financing method; assist in Housing claims & Superior court matters; make a rational decision on an easement or taking by a town, state or federal entity; assist in an objective analysis family adversarial taxation or other dissolution matter like in a divorce, gifting or inheritance; assist in selling or leasing or marketing a property or conversion into its best and highest use; or having the need for an expert witness in most any kind of real estate litigation.
After 47 years of a licensed agent & commercial Realtor; 36 years as a certified general appraiser ; a member of several national marketing and client groups; an investor since 1979 of some 140 units in 6 states; having been in small claims cases since age 14 and some 40 CT Housing court cases; serving on some 300 Superior Court Committees; testifying in numerous divorces, assessment tax appeals, eminent domains & takings, partnership dissolutions and numerous deficiencies ; having put together some 50 telecommunications 2G transactions with 6 carriers of all possibilities in New England; having sold land to numerous apartment complexes and shopping centers as well as owning land, lots, investment properties of mostly apartments -singles, condos, 2,3,4,5,6,9, several 12s, a 20 unit with 50K of offices and stores, rehabbed some 50+ units mostly in Hartford, purchased and restored several vacant buildings; exchanged my own portfolio properties as well as for clients.
The overriding goal is to Give Easy Real Estate Help experienced objectivity for an investor to make a reputable independent decision of the best potential course of action while saving money, legal, and avoiding mistakes to be undertaking correctly the first steps in the course of real estate transactions with bias toward none based on factual objective decision making. After 47 years licensed Marc Gottesdiener is so appalled at the degree of lack of ethics of so many real estate “people” are just trying to sell and falsify transactions for the sake of money. Over the decades the degree to which so called “real estate people” are continually to attempt to “sell” real estate has so upset Marc that the purpose and main goal is to save people from making these wrongful mistakes.
